The pressure that pupils have to go through before exam week can be truly serious indeed. Numerous students normally begin studying one or two weeks prior to the test. Others indulge in less healthy pursuits like caffeine-boosting, smoking or unrestrained television watching–all done to relieve the tension.Others exist on little or no rest and end up giving a less than adequate performance in school.A change in their study habits is definitely called for.So, how do we go about it?

It’s ok to take a little break by watching tv as long as you have a set length of time. Aimlessly going through several channels is a sure way to squander time which can be better put to use studying.
Pupils should prefer a healthy diet before the examinations. Grains and fruit juices are always good for you.
Divide your study hours during the day and also save some time for sports activities which will make you really active.
