Since car transportation has been around for nearly a century on an industrialized level, I am forced to stop and reflect about the history of automobile. At the beginning of the 20th century America was becoming an industrialized nation and the automobile played a large part in this. Thanks to Henry Ford and his assembly line the automobile became an item that potentially many people in the middle class could afford. It’s thanks to the innovation of Ford, and many others like him, in the early years of the American automotive industry that car transportation still remains a viable and affordable means of mobility, though it must be stated that the difference between a Lamborghini and the model T is quite striking. Some things change, some remain the same!
